I had cancelled my service as I had cancelled my phone service many months earlier and they did not even know. Amazing, great security- no phone line for 8 months and they did not even know. What kind of bogus alarm system is this. So I cancelled and I continued to get bills even tho I spoke with the cancellation lady who is hard to get ahold of. Later I spoke with the boss and still continued to get bills. Still no phone line but he insisted they were monitoring a dead line they could still bill for. He also told the city of reno I still had an alarm so they continued to bill for the monitoring fee also and then sent me to collections refusing my explanation.
Be warned this man may be stealing your money. I doubt I'm the only one.
