These guys are scum of the earth. Ordered their top-of-the-line car wash. Said it would take 45 min. to an hour and they would call me, so I waited, and waited, and waited. After an hour and 15 minutes, I went looking for my car and it had been sitting in the parking lot. I had to jump in and leave right away since I was late for dinner date.
First thing I noticed was the crappy job on the windows. Then on the way to dinner noticed my cup holder lid was broken. So I took it back the next day where the clown manager said I should have brought it up before I left.....that I probably broke it. I said I didn't have time since they took so long. I asked him to look at it and he refused. I asked for management and he would only give me an email address (no phone) to their HR. At that time he told me to get off their property or he'd call the police. (yes, I raised my voice)
So I write corp and they said they would look into it. Nothing. I write again two weeks later and they finally get back to me and ask me to take it back to the same clown that refused to look at it and threatened to call the police to have him look at it. I told them to screw themselves.
These guys suck in every way. Crappy job for a $55 wash, crappy (or non-existent) customer service, and they can't even wash a car without busting it up.
Avoid these morons like the plague!!!!!!!!
