I placed an order online through their restaurant website, I received an e-mail confirmation telling me that my order had been placed and I was to expect a call from them to confirm my credit card information. After 50 minutes I called to check on my order and the girl on the phone said there may have been a problem with their fax because she doesn't have my order. After handing the phone off to a manager he basically accused me of not placing the order right, or with the wrong website. Even though I got a confirmation e-mail from them nearly an hour prior with the number I used to contact them, I was told I would have to place my order again. I kindly said ""no thank you I'll order from somewhere else"" for which he laughed and replied ""Fine by me"". RUDE!
