I have been a customer for many years at this salon and I arrived eight minutes late and they gave my appointment away and I was told I needed to come back the next day. I do not feel this is the way to treat a loyal customer. In addition, they always have the TV on, so it is not a very relaxing atmosphere. Never go to Julie, she is a vicious gossip and she gossips about the owners and customers. Try Tips and Toes right down the street. Better service all around, better atmosphere.
