At first I was unsure of company because service man was running 20 min late. When he did show he appologized and made up for it by not charging me for the cost of the service call. He then proceeded to do the repairs to my system and within 10 min had it up and going. What makes things even better is I was told by my former company that I needed a new system. This was far from true because the service man from Artistic pointed out that I still had 5 years left on the factory warranty. Now I see why he was late. A honest company like this is in high demand.
