ZERO STARS-- absolutely horrible customer service!
Tried to rip off my mom, who is a senior-citizen on social-security-only income.
When I argued with them about their charge to fix a simple part that takes 5 minutes to replace, they refused service altogether- even though they were already on site.
This was in July, in the middle of the worst heat wave in Texas history-- with the outside temps at 106 & above.
So, they were willing to leave my elderly mother alone with no a/c in those kind of conditions, rather than negotiate or offer a fair price.
I would never recommend any business that puts profit above everything else.Their behavior was nearly criminal in my opinion-- many older people have died in these kinds of extreme temperatures
