On 9/2/11, I called the store and ordered a Shimano Stradic 4000 reel. This was a Friday. I paid for it and was told that it would not ship out until the following Tuesday because of Labor Day holiday. No problem. It is now 9/10/11 and still no reel. I have called and spoke to them 4 times about this and they assured me that it has shipped through USPS. I have received items from the West coast in less time. I'm not real sure whats going on, but I need the reel for an upcoming tournament at the coast. Needless to say, this is my first and last transaction with these folks. I try to buy local to support small business and get the shaft.
