One bad customer representative can bring a bad name to the entire organization. That is the kind of opinion i have about Elite Eyecare. While the doctor was good, two out of three customer reps were nice, i had bad experience with one customer rep. The lady i talked to was very arrogant. I had done business of $650 (2 glasses) in one week with Elite. I hoped some politeness while answering my questions. One glass I was getting in 7-10 business days, other in 3-5 business day. When i asked questions related to glasses i was getting late, this lady seemed very impolite, as if she was doing great favor on me by answering my questions. Hence i give 1 star to Elite. Elite needs to provide some training to this lady. more
