For about seven years whenever one of my appliances had problems, I called Integrity and depended upon James service. Last night a message was left and by noon the next day James was here, fixed the washer, and my fear of needing a new washer evaporated. In the seven years, once a call back may not have been prompt, but overall the hometown, personal service provided has brought me peace of mind. Usually I have tradespeople-phobia - rest assured you won't be working with a beaucratic, impersonal big company - rest assured you have someone honest, patient and respectful with a continuity of service in the local area who will likely still be here in the future.
