A good friend referred me to Oops Steam Cleaning and I am sooo glad she did! I have had not the best luck with previous carpet cleaning companies so when my friend was so adamant about this one I figured I had nothing to lose. I am beyond pleased with the work of the two very pleasant and professional young men that came to my home today - Doug and Navor did a wonderful job and I now shall be the one to ""pay it forward"" and refer some of my other friends and acquaintances.
