WE TOOK A SCOOTER WE PURCHAASED ONLINE TO VALLEY TO SEE IF THE MOTOR COULD BE REPAIRED. THEY HAD THE BIKE FOR NEARLY 3 MONTHS WITH NO COMMUNICATION AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH THE BIKE. AFTER REPEATED ATTEMPTS TO CALL LEFT MESSAGES WITH PEOPLE WITH NO RESPONCE, FINALLY WE GOT HIM ON THE PHONE AND HE EXPLAINED THAT BECAUSE THE MAKE OF THE BIKE WAS FOREIGN, THEY'D RATHER NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO FIX ANYTHING. HE AGREED THAT BECAUSE OF THE LENGTH OF TIME THEY HELD THE BIKE FOR AND BECAUSE NO WORK WAS DONE ON THE BIKE THAT WE COULD PICK IT UP FREE OF CHARGE. WHEN WE ARIVED TO PICK IT UP, THEY TRIED TO CHARGE US. WHEN WE EXPLAINED THAT OVER THE PHONE THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE HE HOLLERED ""GET THE F@!% OUTTA MY STORE AND DON'T COME BACK!!!"" WE WERE APPAULED. BUT AFTER READING YOUR REVIEWS I AM NOT SUPRISED. I AM SUPRISED HOWEVER THAT YOU MANAGED TO STAY OPEN FOR 30 YEARS. IF YOU'D LIKE TO STAY OPEN FOR ANOTHER 30 I SUGGEST CLASSES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HUMAN DECENCY.
