Felipe arrived to our house at the scheduled time and greeted me with a smile and hand shake. He explained the process, approximately how long it would take and answered all questions I had. Felipe was very considerate of our house by wearing boot covers and using drop-cloths on our floors. We have a cat and he was aware of her when he was opening doors or moving to different rooms. Felipe finished when he said he would and gave a thorough explanation of what he had found and what he had done.
