Phone quote covered all work to be done, no extra charges when service tech arrived.Tech (Jul) explained exactly what work would be performed and how he would do it. Took before and after pictures, made sure furnace was operating correctly before and after. Jul also covered our floors and wore booties while inside the house. I thought the initial cost was high but now believe its in-line with all that was done. Other than cost, I was very impressed and will use Ductworks again.
