Took Tom Martino's recommendation; we were not dissapointed. "Bill" the technician exhibited knowledge, skill and the "attention to detail" I was hoping for. He did a thorough job, kept things neat and clean and answered the many questions I had. Later, everything was back in place, working fine and our dog liked him too!
