We went with Green & Son to have our roof redone. They gave us a quote, and we signed the contract. Then they came back and told us that they couldn't remove the shingles because it was asbestos. Not sure if I believe them. What? They couldn't tell? I felt taken for a ride.
I was not impressed.
So they didn't remove the roof, and just put another layer - which wasn't what we wanted. But they charged us more for the job. !! Felt like a naive new homeowner.
