The sofa, chair and ottoman we received in our home was nothing like what we saw on the showroom floor. When we voiced our dissatisfaction with not only the salesman but the owner as well, they basically said there was nothing they would do about it. The leather looks and feels more like cheap pleather, has puckers where it shouldn't, crooked seams and has scratched up with minimal wear and tear. My husband and I are greatly disappointed. Can't believe we spent so much money for such poor quality furniture.
