I ordered two trucks and 4 men (Rennal, â??Shortyâ?, Jorge, and Lupe). The crew was on-time, polite, and quick. Fantastic!
However, the Sales Rep (Renee) was quite rude. When the crew arrived they gave me an estimate that was 50% more than what the phone rep (Renee) quoted (6hrs verse 9 hours). Two days prior, I had provide Renee a comprehensive moving inventory list (100 boxes, 30 bags, yard tools, furnitures, etc..). I can understand if itâ??s 1 hour off, but 3 hours!
So I called Renee to explain the situation, â??Why did you give me a quote that was so way offâ?¦.â?. She said thereâ??s no way she can provide an accurate quote. Then the next sentence was, â??..Do you want me to call off the move?â? Wow! She very well knew I wasnâ??t in the position cancel. Regardless, an apology from her would have been good enough for me, but I got a slap in the face.
I plan to move again within 6 months when we buy our new home. I really like the crew, but Iâ??m not sure if I want to talk to your sales rep again.
