A bunch of the reviews here focus on how rude the service is, which is totally counter to my experience. I'm not the most decisive person in the world, so I dawdle a little at the counter whenever I go. The guy at the register has only ever smiled and helped me decide. He may just feel paternal/avuncular, but I've never seen him yell or grumble at anyone. It must vary, but this is not a small gathering of buttholes.
I go in pretty often for the mango chicken salad- it is delicious. A couple years ago I got a tiny bit of tendon or something, but it hasn't happened since. Otherwise, I've only really tried the knishes, and they are delicious but a bit greasy.
