This is the management co to rent from. I just moved out of a place managed by Powley about 2 months ago. They were good while I rented from them, but then I was an even happier customer after I moved out of the place. Believe it or not they really worked hard to get me some of my initial deposit back! If I was not moving out of town I would definitely be looking to rent form them again.
