I called Paul's for washing machine repair, and spoke to David who was very helpful in helping me diagnose the problem over the phone. By asking me several pertinent questions, he was able to diagnose my problem (plumbing) and tell me that I'd need a plumber. He offered valuable advice, and I wish the problem HAD been the washing machine because I would trust Paul's to fix it. I really appreciated David's helpfulness even when he stood to make no money for counseling me over the phone.
