The room was only so-so and the breakfast was nothing to get excited about. What really got me was that I left something behind and had to call for 2 months straight before they finally shipped it to me. First they said they lost it, then they couldn't find my address.Everytime I called they put me on ""hold"" but I could over hear everything they were saying, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! When it finally did arrive, it came COD which I think it horrible customer service... I would have expected them to offer to pay since it took them 2 months to get their stuff together and get my item returned!
