I hired PowerVac to clean my ducts, at the recommendation of the company that was installing my new furnace. They were very polite. They showed up on time, and waited for me when I wasn't. I had intended to leave a door unlocked for them, but out of habit I relocked it without thinking. When they arrived and couldn't get in, they called me to let me know, rather that just leaving. Aside from their excellent customer service, they also did a good job cleaning the ducts, and left my house in good shape. I'm happy with the service I received.
