This was my first panic call, my very first time using Frymire Services. I've already told two of my neighbors about them, I was so happy with them! They provided excellent customer service and great communication. They were very professional. As a single woman that is unfamiliar with things like that breaking in my house and having to invite a complete stranger into your home, and just hoping not to get ripped off.
From my first call to them, to the woman who called me back to confirm the appointment to the tech, Danny, that came in to do the work. I really felt like they were treating me like I was family. With a service industry that previously had gotten a bad rap, I feel confident in this company and their willingness to help me. I will definitely be using them again!
