Horrible , horrible service . They could not find my house and instead of calling my house they just kept writing on the tracking information "" could not find address ' , "" waiting for more information from customer "" . When trying to inquire about my package I had to call an 800 number in Atlanta Georgia . I asked for the Newburgh Center's phone number several times to no avail . I finally did get a representitive from Fed Ex , Atlanta that told me after more than 6 phone calls that a case number and follow - ups should have been started on my first call . She finally did follow up to make sure I got my package . When the package did arrive it did so in a beat - up rental truck and my package looked like it had been through a war .
