Scheduled appointment for my daughter as a gift for her birthday for a massage and a facial. The appointment was scheduled for Sunday - her actual birthday. Received a call on Friday saying ""they made a mistake"" and had to cancel her reservation. Thanks for ruining her birthday treat and making me come up with something else on such a short notice!!!
