They were paid in advance to pick me and my mother up from JFK airport and drive us to her home. As they instructed, they were called form Ground Transportation Desk at 5:29 pm om 8/25/11 (documentation available). I was told by their dispatch they would arrive in 1 hour, then another half-hour, then another half-hour. By 8pm they had not arrived, 2-and-one-half hours after they were initially called. Their dispatcher promiced a refund, ultimately I took a cor service home, and paid that driver.
They did not refund the charge as promiced. I tried to resolve the dispute with the vendor. I phoned them over 15 minutes, including hold times, was transferred between 4 different people and then promiced that a supervisor woul call me back within 5 minutes. He never called.
