I received a $100.00 GROUPON gift certificate for a facial at this location. The professional performing the service did not make any conversation or explain what she was doing. At the end she brought me into another room and put me under lights for 20 minutes, again with no explanation of reason or benefit. No products were offered or discussed. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. When I called today to speak with a manager or the marketing manager, a gruff female came to the line and when I asked who I was speaking with she replied ""somebody"" and asked what I wanted. When I expressed my desire to speak with management she hung up on me. Customer service was deplorable. Only the front desk personnel were helpful and polite.
