It looked brand new after the steam clean, and they even removed spots that were there when we moved in! Not to mention it was done very quickly and dried fast. When the apartment manager came through to do our final inspection, she even commented on how "amazing" the carpet looked! We will definitely be giving them a call back in our new house.
