On the advise of someone I took my car to Garlock for bodywork and paint. When I dropped the car off I asked for the repairs and for some touchup and they said no problem. They said I had to wait 5 days for my car and it took 2 days to get the estimate. On the fifth day I called and asked about my car and they said it would be another 2 days. On the 8th day I went to pick my car up. There was a dog in the office barking and growling at me and my wife's feet for about 60seconds before the office lady got up and pulled it away. She never greeted us. I paid for the repair about 2 hours later and they brought the car around and only a portion of the work had been completed and there was other damage that was not there when I dropped it off. They told me the reason it took 8 days was all the work they had to do but they did very little and charged me alot. The owner had a very angry tone when asked about the service. He shares the same disposition as his dog. It was rediculous. I think Garlock means ripoff in Polish.
