This guy will offer you a great deal. He will then start the job and beg for money. When he's almost done he will tell you a sob story about not getting paid and then leave and never finish. He leaves trash in your yard. When we tried to contact him he kept saying he would be back to finish. He never shows. It's funny because when he wants to get paid he will call you a million times and then when he leaves the job unfinished he won't answer the phone. When you do get him on the phone he will tell you he's so busy and is making so much money... lies and scams.
