I have used One Hour for over 10 years. In fact, I first became a fan when they were Unique. There service is prompt and efficient. They maintain their employees and Robert Tompkins has serviced my unit many times. The fact that they retain employees speaks to the companies integrity. Having the same technician means someone who understands my unit and my concerns. Being a Club member also keeps expenses to a minimum. When something goes wrong, which, thankfully, it seldom does, but when I did have an issue with a Reliant thermostat, they came out quickly, re-installed my old thermostat and I was back in business within hours. Reliant's took days before they even responded to send out a technician. The type of service One Hour provides will maintain my loyalty for many years to come. They and their technicians, like Robert Tompkins, understand customer service. One Hour has earned my, Joanne Dziuba's, loyalty. I expect to be a customer for another ten plus years.
