With the temperature at 107 outside, I had the misfortune of my central air conditioning go out and Santiago was sent out to help. Santiago was the most efficient and great technitians I''ve ever met. Despite having to replace the motor in my unit in the sweltering heat, he was always smiling and considerate and took the time to answer my questions.
