I ordered a simple burner for my Maytag stove, and it's been 3 months and I still haven't received it. Every time I check for the status, they tell me the same thing: Our warehouse is billing us for it, so that means it's being shipped right now. Two weeks later, I inquire again and they told me the same thing, verbatim. I'm now trying to cancel my order (Sears has the item in stock and can get it to me within a couple days, albeit for a couple bucks more), but I haven't seen a cancellation confirmation nor a refund. Will keep trying. more
