We went to another transmission place first when my Ford 150 overdrive light started blinking, was starting in 3rd gear, and a/c went out same time. They wanted $500 to tear it down for openers and said when they got in it it would probably be $1800-2300 tops and even offered to buy truck for $600 since they said transmission would cost $2k. Took it to Tim at Eagle and for free he found leaks corrupting the cables carrying the diagnostic codes and some other things, quoted around $500 total, fixed everything promptly when promised and now everything works. First guys were "Peggy" sleazeballs but Tim and Eagle are honest and I'd immediately go there again next time I had a xmission probl. And first guy's warranty was 1 year (though you could buy longer one), Eagle's default warranty is THREE years. Happy customer and relieved it wasn't $2K.
