I feel they have several qualified stylists here the problem is they are overbooked and never given enough time to complete their artisty. The manager comes and gives them a look to let them know their next appointment is there then done or not with your cut they finish you up. I have a haircut that looks like I did it myself. I tried many times to get satisfaction here to no avail. I am angry at how much I spent to look like crap. I love the people at this salon but I am breaking all ties with Mode. In the month of Sept. I spent over 300 on my hair and went back 6 times I gave them every chance to make it right. I even offered to pay DOUBLE so the desk would give my stylist enough time. You guys are too concerned with quantity not the quality. I have cried twice this month over my hair. It's over.
