My husband and I have been going to Riviera Opticare for over 14 years. During that time, we have referred many patients to Dr. Reckell and her staff. I am sad to say that over the past 3 years, the clinic has grown too big and no longer offers the personal touch / care that it once did. Every appointment is painfully slow and the opticians are more interested in sales than they are in the patient. Going forward, we are seriously considering changing companies for our eye care.
