I love Ihloff. This time, though, I had to wait a bit between color & cut because my stylist had scheduled another cut. I wish someone had come back to tell me it would be a little longer. I've been a client of hers since she started at Ihloff and it would have been nice to get "extra treatment." However, all other times have been great, so this will definitely not deter me from going again. I love my stylist.
