I go to Aveda for haircuts with the same stylist about every 5 weeks. I plan to keep going there until my stylist graduates. I've also gotten a few spa services there. The students, educators, and (usually) the ladies at the front desk are friendly. Unfortunately, this time, the two girls at the front desk were actually quite rude and answered a question I had with a negative attitude. I'm a stickler for customer service, while also trying to be understanding of extenuating circumstances that may contribute to less that stellar service. On this occasion, though, I can't really think of a good reason for the un-Aveda-like service at the front desk. Like I said, I plan to continue visiting Aveda for my stylist and the occasional facial, but I was disappointed with the impression of the salon when I left this time.
