Ryan was great communicating before the event. The limo arrived on time and the driver was nice; however, the AC completely broke in the limo within the first rental hour. It was in the 90's outside so the whole wedding party was sweating for 45 minutes in traffic one way and another 30 minutes to our reception location.
After the wedding, we contacted Ryan for compensation since we had a limo without AC and he is yet to contact me. We got married over a month ago, so you can see they aren't in a hurry to correspond once they received the money for the service "promised" (limo WITH Air Conditioning).
