Craig was so friendly and really good at coloring my hair. However, he didn't explain to me about the $33 up charge for protein and special conditioners. It was a surprise at the register. Raquel cut my hair and she is also so friendly. This is my second cut with her. This time it wasn't as short as I would like. So I called them and they said just to come in anytime and they would shorten it free of charge. The conservatory is a great place - pricey, but great.
