The front office and support staff were very nice and helpful but the doctor was running a half hour late (the office had only been open for 45 minutes) and Dr. Field's was far less than helpful. He seemed completely uninterested in my questions. He only made suggestions for me try to things for dry eyes that I am already doing, despite telling him that I was already doing them. He kept saying, 'this time they will work', as if I was lying. They didn't. I will find another doctor next time.
