I will not return. 1) AFter receiving attitude from the front desk after I decline to have my photo id scanned into your computer system. There was no evidence from my ins. company directing this as a new guideline nor a non-disclosure/confidentially agreement from the vision center 2) the next girl that checked me was a new intern, obviously in training and did not possess customer service qualities, professionalism and respect towards someone her elder. A patient should not be subjected to the unprofessionalism. This office may be hiring young interns right out of school with a certificate but they are lacking the respect towards elders and customer service skills. The patient is paying this center for the services and the patient should not be treated disrespectfully and feeling uncomfortable when they leave your vision center. This is the first time I've left with a DO NOT RETURN feeling after being a patient of 5+ years. This center should offer alternative natural methods vs prescribing synethic drugs with side effects to their patients.
