Dr. Kogan was very pleasant, in fact the entire staff was quite pleasant. As soon as I arrived at my appointment, Dr. Kogan was ready to see me. My cleaning was a little painful bc of my sensitive gums, but he cleaned the hell out of my teeth. He's great!
