I was extremely disapointed with my overall experience last Friday - I arrived for my service on time and had to wait close to 20 mins for my pedicure to start - this was due a wedding party which arrived late. Valentina worked very hard to make up for the difference but I had to skip the parrafin step as I could not be late as I had to be somewhere after the pedicure - in addition during the pedicure the wedding party was sitting on both sides of me -as when my pedicure started all chairs were empty so they could of sat together - but during the pedicure they started fighting with each other and this was right over me - while my pedicure was going on - overall a very bad experience.
