This is by far the WORST customer service I have ever been involved in. Initial salesman was amazing, loved him...after that, NO communication, no insight as to how the job would be done. Twice they said they would be out to "discuss the job with me" neither time they showed up. Once he said he did however, my brother in law was on my property and observed him sitting in his truck and did not leave the vehicle. When I requested that i cancel, they refused saying that "not after I did all this legwork" Talked to the owner and he was rude and unprofessional. I will NEVER use them again or recommend them to anyone. I am also a commercial property manager and considered using this company for a job at one of our properties. Not after this experience. At least the last review from 7/22 below me here did in fact receive phone calls. By far one of the worst. To "save a dollar" I guess I should have expected poor service, but even this goes beyond. The owner Chris is by far the worst and most unprofessional businessman around.
