I would like to compliment Hansons Windows Service Manager Ms. Melanie Ferguson. She was always polite, courteous and very helpful in getting our replacement windows scheduled and installed without issue. She kept in constant communications and even followed up with a call after the install was completed.
Secondly, I would also like to highly compliment the installation crew, lead by Mr. Chris Seggie. Chris gave us a courtesy call prior to arriving as scheduled and he and his crew were very polite and professional. Chris reviewed with us each step of the process, answered our questions and gave us a window operations tutorial. Him and his crew worked cleanly and when they finished the installation, quickly ensured all areas were clean, both the inside and outside of our home. They are true professionals.
