Preferred Medical has THE worst customer service 9/21/2011

I am in shock with Preferred's customer "service" (I hesitate to even use that word). I am an applicant and trying to schedule a physical exam to complete the application process has taken me 7 hours, countless phone calls, speaking with 9 different people and I was hung up on twice!! Now this is "simply" the application process...I can not and WILL NOT stick around to find out how awful everything else is. Especially after reading other bad reviews online. Do your research before going with any company...I was recommended to Preferred and am so happy that I did not complete the application process. Now I just have to work on getting my deposit back! What an awful, stressful and time consuming experience. Don't give them your money, it's not worth it!! more
