I can't speak to the sales-people here as I purchased my Subaru elsewhere. - Their repair staff seem knowledgeable and competent. It was time for a number of repairs on my 2008 Impreza including a timing belt replacement, wheel alignment, tire rotation, computer firmware update, and oil change. The work was completed in a timely manner and I had the option of waiting in their lounge (complete with TV, coffee, tea, very basic snacks and WiFi) or of being chauffeured somewhere else. I actually waited in the lounge until it was clear what needed to be done and then accepted a ride to the mall. The staff were all friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that when they were examining the vehicle, they missed the fact that it needed a "brake job". I had to take it back shortly after my initial visit and have the front brake pads replaced but they were very accommodating of my schedule. Overall, based on my current experiences, I would still take my vehicle here and could easily recommend
