my mom went and bought some products for her cat .. found out it was not what she needed tryed to return them unopen and unused he charged he $20 and said it was a office call she picked the stuff off the shelf and went up and paid for it .. he was rude and a total jerk to her .. I did take my dog there .... key word here is did ,, never again...
