I have been taking classes from Custom Fitness Concepts for about six years. I've taken several of their instructors and gone to different locations. Every instructor I've ever worked with, has been great and worked with me on my own to customize my exercise workout to fit my needs which were losing weight and trimming down my thighs. I've done both! I've lost weight and no longer have thunder thighs! I look and feel great! Tom Kalka has always been wonderful, he's who I started with! I highly recommend them to anybody!
